General Return Policy

You have 30 days to return items for store credit that never expires. Please note: we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are refunded as store credit only.

Returns Process

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items.
If the return is not due to our error (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of the prepaid shipping label ($4) will be deducted from your store credit.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received), we will cover the shipping cost.
Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned: hosiery, undergarments, face masks, and final sale items. For hygiene reasons, any returned item that appears used or not in original condition may be rejected.

How to Process an International Return

Start Your Return: You have 30 days from your order date to begin the return process.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will send you an email with the next steps.
Ship It Back: Use your local post office to securely return the items.
Track It: Keep your proof of postage and tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Processing Time: Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
Store Credit Issuance: After processing, you will receive an email with your store credit details.

Important Notes:

We do not offer prepaid shipping labels for international returns.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), we will reimburse you with store credit for Standard Mail shipping costs.

What is Store Credit?

Store credit allows you to use the refunded amount toward future purchases at Monavico.
It never expires, so you can use it anytime.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or applied back to your original payment method.
It also cannot be used to match previous discounts or expired promotions.

Important Return Instructions:

Once your return is approved, our team will send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send anything before receiving this email.
